SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 20 - ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND TELEPHONE AGREEMENT
You verify that any contact information provided to BRNG BAG, including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address, your residential or business telephone number, and/or your mobile telephone number, is true and accurate. You verify that you are the current subscriber or owner of any telephone number that you provide. You are strictly prohibited from providing a phone number that is not your own. If we discover that any information provided in connection with your registration is false or inaccurate, we may suspend or terminate your account at any time. Should any of your contact information change, including ownership of your telephone numbers, you agree to immediately notify us before the change goes into effect by texting STOP to any text message.
Your Consent to Receive Texts. You acknowledge that by providing your telephone number(s), you agree to receive text messages from us related to your account, promotions, registration, policies, changes and updates, reminders about incomplete or upcoming payments, follow-ups to any push notifications delivered through our mobile application, any transaction with BRNG BAG You acknowledge that text messages may be made to your telephone number(s) even if your telephone number(s) is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. You agree that BRNG BAG may obtain, and you expressly agree to be contacted at, any email addresses, mailing addresses, or phone numbers provided by you at any time or obtained through other lawful means, such as skip tracing, caller ID capture, or other means. You agree to receive text messages from BRNG BAG even if you cancel your account or terminate your relationship with us, except if you opt-out by text STOP (see below). You understand that you do not have to agree to receive automated promotional texts as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. To opt-out, please see the Opt-Out Instructions below.
Opt-Out Instructions. Your consent to receive texts is completely voluntary. You may opt-out at any time. To opt-out of text messages, text STOP to any text message you receive. You acknowledge and agree to accept a final text message confirming your opt-out. It is your sole responsibility to notify us if you no longer want to receive text messages. You waive any rights to bring claims for unauthorized or undesired text messages by failing to opt-out immediately or by failing to follow these instructions. Please allow up to thirty (30) days to process any opt-out request.
Fees and Charges. There is no fee to receive text messages from BRNG BAG. However, you may incur a charge for these text messages from your telephone carrier, which is your sole responsibility. Check your telephone plan and contact your carrier for details. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to incur such charges and acknowledge that BRNG BAG is not responsible for such charges.
Unauthorized Use of Your Telephone Device. You must notify BRNG BAG immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your telephone device. Although BRNG BAG will not be liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of your telephone device, you may be liable for our losses due to such unauthorized use.
SECTION 21 - INSTAGRAM CONTENT
From time to time, BRNG BAG may request that it have the permission to use photographs, videos, captions and/or related content that you have posted on Instagram that features you wearing or otherwise displaying our products (your “IG Content”). If you grant BRNG BAG permission to use your IG Content (whether through direct message, e-mail, use of a designated hashtag, response to a comment, or otherwise), you agree to be bound by the following terms:
- BRNG BAG will have the worldwide and perpetual right, but not the obligation:
a. To reproduce, exhibit and otherwise use your IG Content (including your name and/or captions that may be included in such IG Content) on BRNG BAG owned and operated website(s) or social media channels (“Sites”)
